Consilium Academies was approved as a Multi-Academy Trust (MAT) and an academy sponsor in January 2015. We have eight schools split across three hubs who are supported by a strong central team. We do not have a lead school and instead operate a partnership approach with a strong governance structure which includes a Members Board, Trust Board and individual Local Governance Boards.

Buile Hill Academy offers excellent learning experiences to all its students through a diverse curriculum which caters for the needs of all. 

This role is an exciting opportunity to join an academy and be part of a growing Trust, with a genuine commitment to partnership and collaboration. As the academy progresses on its journey to improved outcomes, the academy is seeking to appoint an Assistant Headteacher (SEND/Inclusion).

The successful candidate must have a formal SENCO qualification and experience of working with students having special education needs.
